FSS may disclose appropriate candidate information to prospective or current customers when reasonably necessary to evaluate a candidate for an assignment or provide staffing services.

Service providers may receive only the information reasonably necessary for the services they perform and may be subject to contractual obligations concerning their handling of information.
8. Sale of Personal Data and Targeted Advertising
FSS does not intend to operate as a data broker or generate revenue from selling individuals' personal information.
However, privacy laws may define the "sale" of personal data or targeted advertising more broadly than an ordinary exchange of information for money.
FSS will update this Privacy Policy and provide legally required opt-out mechanisms if its practices constitute a sale of personal data or targeted advertising under applicable law.
9. Sensitive Personal Information
FSS may receive information considered sensitive under applicable law in limited circumstances, particularly in connection with employment, payroll, employment eligibility, safety, or legally authorized screening.
FSS intends to collect and process sensitive information only when reasonably necessary for legitimate business, employment, safety, or legal purposes and in accordance with applicable law.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, understand website traffic, remember preferences, improve performance, or support marketing activities.
Where required by applicable law, FSS will provide appropriate choices regarding these technologies.
11. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms
FSS may maintain profiles on third-party social-media, recruiting, or professional networking platforms.
Information submitted through those services may also be subject to the privacy practices and terms of the applicable platform. FSS does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms.
12. Data Retention
FSS retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business and employment records, and protect FSS's legitimate interests.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
13. Data Security
FSS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.
No information system, transmission method, or security program can guarantee absolute security. Accordingly, FSS cannot guarantee that personal information will never be accessed or used improperly.
14. Texas Privacy Rights
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act ("TDPSA") provides qualifying Texas consumers with certain rights regarding their personal data.
Depending on whether the TDPSA applies to FSS and the particular information or individual involved, these rights may include the right to confirm whether personal data is being processed and access that data; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; obtain certain personal data in a portable format; opt out of targeted advertising; opt out of the sale of personal data; and opt out of certain profiling.
The TDPSA's definition of a consumer generally applies to Texas residents acting in an individual or household context and does not include individuals acting in commercial or employment contexts.
Certain entities, information, and processing activities may also be exempt from the TDPSA.

16. Appeals
If applicable law provides a right to appeal FSS's decision regarding a privacy request, instructions for submitting an appeal will be provided with FSS's response to the request.

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request on an individual's behalf, FSS may require reasonable documentation establishing the agent's authority and may independently verify the individual's identity where permitted by law.

We encourage users to review the privacy notices of third-party services they use.
21. Security Incidents and Data Breaches
FSS maintains procedures intended to identify, evaluate, and respond to suspected security incidents.
If a security incident constitutes a legally reportable data breach, FSS will provide notifications to affected individuals, government authorities, or other parties as required by applicable law.
22. Other States
Although FSS is based in Texas, individuals located in other states may have additional privacy rights.
As FSS expands geographically, we may supplement or revise this Privacy Policy to address privacy laws applicable in additional jurisdictions.
